Celebrate Mother's Day with a meaningful family yoga experience designed for moms, grandmas, and their children to move, breathe, and connect together. This class is designed for ages 4 and up, and all abilities - no experience required. We'll explore movement through playful partner poses and fun yoga-inspired games to support connection, presence, and shared joy, then we'll end by creating a beautiful make-and-take memento!
$35 for one mother/child pair.
