Kids Yoga classes combine yoga-inspired movement, mindfulness activities, and social-emotional learning to help elementary-aged children develop tools for calm, confidence, and self-regulation in a supportive small-group environment.
Each class will include:
playful yoga movement
cooperative yoga-inspired games & art projects
breathing and mindfulness exercises
tools for navigating strong emotions, improving focus, & building confidence
Summer’s lack of routine can feel overwhelming for kids. Our weekly class provides a consistent, calm, predictable environment where kids stay active while developing social-emotional skills through play-based, creative experiences!

This half day camp meets daily June 15-18, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM and July 20-23, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. Yoga & movement taught by Allie of Sprout & Shine DFW, and art taught by Megan, owner of WheelCraft Studio.

Hosted by the Keller Public Library, Family Yoga involves playful movement and mindfulness for adults and kids alike! Together, you’ll move through yoga inspired poses, imaginative movement games, and calming breath work —supporting coordination, body awareness, social skills, communication, and emotional regulation in a fun, welcoming library setting.
