Partner with
Sprout & Shine DFW

Where are you located, and do you travel?

Sprout & Shine DFW is based in Keller/North Fort Worth and partners with organizations across the DFW metroplex.

Rather than operating out of a single studio, we bring story-based yoga, kids yoga classes & camps, and mindfulness experiences directly to your space—whether that’s a school, library, studio, or community setting.

What is Story Yoga, and why do kids (and parents!) love it?

Story-based yoga brings books to life through movement, imagination, and play.

In each class, children don’t just listen to a story—they become part of it. Through yoga poses, games, and mindfulness activities, they embody characters, explore settings, and connect to themes in a meaningful, hands-on way.

This approach supports:

  • Literacy and language development

  • Focus and attention

  • Emotional regulation and self-awareness

  • Creativity and imagination

  • Kindness, empathy, and social connection

It’s a joyful, engaging way to support the whole child—mind, body, and heart.

What types of organizations do you partner with?

We love working with:

  • Schools and preschools

  • Daycares and early learning centers

  • Libraries

  • Yoga and fitness studios

  • Homeschool groups

  • Community organizations and events

If you serve children, we’d love to collaborate!

Can you customize a program for my school or group?

Absolutely. Every partnership is thoughtfully designed to fit your space, schedule, and goals.

Options may include:

  • One-time classes or special events

  • Ongoing weekly or monthly classes

  • Seasonal or themed series

  • Camps and enrichment programs

With a background in early childhood and special education, each class is developmentally appropriate, inclusive, and adaptable for a wide range of ages and abilities.

What does a typical class look like?

Classes are typically designed for children ages 2–10, with flexibility depending on your group. We can tailor experiences for mixed-age groups, family classes, or specific developmental stages. Depending on these factors, each class blends:

  • A thoughtfully selected children’s book

  • Movement and yoga poses connected to the story

  • Games and interactive elements

  • Breathing or mindfulness activities

  • A calm, grounding closing

Classes are playful, engaging, and structured in a way that supports both energy and regulation.
