Kids Yoga Classes
Story-based Yoga Classes
Ages 4–7 | 60 minutes
Where stories come to life through movement and imagination! In this playful class, children step into the pages of a picture book and explore its themes through yoga-inspired poses, creative movement, and mindful breathing. As the story unfolds, kids embody characters, act out adventures, and discover the joy of connecting literature with movement.
Each class also includes a short mindfulness activity—such as guided breathing, visualization, or a calming game—that helps children build focus and emotional awareness. To round out the experience, we may finish with a simple craft activity inspired by the story, flexing our self-expression and creativity muscles.
Story Yoga nurtures the whole child—body, mind, and heart—by combining literacy, movement, and mindfulness in a way that feels like play. It’s the perfect balance of fun, focus, and creativity, leaving children with tools they can carry into everyday life.
Little Bloomers Parent & Child Classes
Ages 18 months-3 years | 30 minutes
A joyful bonding experience designed especially for toddlers and their caregivers. Each class blends gentle movement, playful yoga-inspired stretches, music, and sensory exploration to nurture both body and mind. Together, you’ll sing, move, and play through engaging activities that encourage early motor development, creativity, and social-emotional skills—all while strengthening the caregiver–child connection.
Our warm, welcoming environment gives little ones the space to wiggle, wonder, and grow, while caregivers enjoy intentional time to connect, support their child’s curiosity, and share in the joy of discovery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located?
I am based out of Keller/North Fort Worth, but able to travel within the DFW metroplex. I do not have a studio space, but instead partner with local studios, schools, and organizations to bring the yoga fun to your community!
What is Story-Based Yoga, and how is it different from a regular yoga class?
As a former early childhood teacher, one of my greatest joys is bringing children’s literature to life. In Story-based Yoga Classes, books aren’t just read—they’re experienced. Children move through yoga poses that mirror characters, settings, and themes, allowing them to step inside the story in a playful, engaging way. Unlike a traditional yoga class that may focus on postures and breath, Story Yoga blends movement, mindfulness, and storytelling. This unique approach helps children build confidence, focus, emotional regulation, empathy, and kindness—all while fostering a love of reading.
Can you customize a program for my school, daycare, or community group?
Yes! I love partnering with schools, daycares, libraries, and community groups to create meaningful and engaging experiences for children. With my background as an early childhood and special education teacher, I understand the importance of tailoring lessons to fit developmental needs, group size, and time frame. Whether you’re looking for a one-time story yoga workshop, a series of themed classes, or a special event that blends movement, mindfulness, and literature, I can design a program that aligns with your goals and the needs of your children.
